French Toast and Salmon

Not at the same time of course! I woke up early with the kids on saturday morning and made French Toast and Fruit for breakfast. We only have our camping dishes here and it seems that every meal we make just looks like camp food. I truly believe that the presentation of food makes all the difference. Nothing we make here looks very "fancy". But I think if the same food was to be placed on a nice white dish, it would all of a sudden look like a better more tasty meal. Oh well... camp food it is!

For supper Davis cooked up a fish! It tasted realy good. Maybe there is still hope for me liking fish and it wasn't just a Yukon phase.
